We design the system according to the various demands of different cities, the system has been divided into 3 parts: Field equipment acquisition layer, Field server, WEB browser terminal.
The main functions of each part is as following:
Field equipment acquisition layer: it is composed by all kinds of I/O acquisition modules and sensors, which can be connected with various monitoring devices, such as UPS, air conditioning, temperature and humdidity module, water leakage, etc. All the collected signal can be transmitted to the embedded server by TCP/IP mode.
The embedded server: it can work under no network condition, and has independent data processing and data storage capacity, it can be used for store, real-time processing, analysis and output all kinds of information, which is transmitted from the field equipment acquisition layer, it can also handle with all the alarm information, record the alarm event and transmit the control command to the front end device, so as to realize the remote control for field equipment.
IPPower2009 embedded server, it is specially used in unattended monitor server, and can realize the centralized monitor and management for entrance guard, air conditioning, UPS, power distribution, battery, water leakage, light, infrared, temperature and humidity, video, etc.It sets field monitor, data acquisition, protocol conversion and linkage control on one device, adopts popular embedded operating system, and embedded with WEB server, so as to use IE browser to monitor and management directly. IPPower 2009 embedded monitor server can work under no network condition, and realize the independent monitor data storage and linkage control.
WEB browser terminal: used for remote WEB browsing, it is convenient for the administrator to learn about the working situation of the computer room at any time, what’s more, the administrator can remote control the device, such as the open/closed status for air conditioning.
This system adopts B/S distributed mode and moduler structure, the software and hardware installation are all centralized on the field server, it is easy to implement and maintain. At the same time, the system adopts B/S structure, the client end only displays the user interface, data processing is centralized on the embedded server. When the customer increased the demand, user need only to upgrade the field server, and greatly strengthens the flexibility of the system.
